茗荷のシャキシャキ食感と梅の爽やかな風味🥰

1〜2日漬け込んで頂きますが
3〜4日目くらいが私は好きです😁✨

It is a delicious side dish with crunchy texture of Myoga and refreshing flavor of plum vinegar.
We eat it after soaking it for a day or two, but I recommend it for the third and fourth day 🥰✨
